Tucked into the Northwest corner of Potter Valley, in beautiful Mendocino County, all of our grapes are estate-grown and organic. We use different farming techniques across our seven varieties to enhance their individual characteristics and terroir. Once harvested, we whole cluster press and then cold ferment in stainless steel, which results in award-winning wines, true to the varietal character.
